Redelivery of Purchased Items

Hi,

I've logged into Osgrid after months away to discover there'd been a reset and all my inventory is gone, so I am hoping that I can get the items I purchased redelivered please? Is that possible?

Hi Pounamu,

OSGrid reset its inventory server which caused your inventory loss. I'll resend your orders. Please log into OSGrid and click all the links in the IMs our system will send you to complete the redelivery process.

Hi Ilan,

Sorry to be a pain but I have now left the Osgrid and am now on the Maze grid as a resident bc my LL set up his own grid. Can I pls prevail upon you to send my goods through again? Sorry about that! I deleted all of my Kitely order, all was non-transferable anyway. Thank you in advance!

I'm sorry but I can only redeliver delivered orders to the original avatar that received the items. If you wish to transfer the orders to a different avatar then you'll need to use this feature: https://www.kitely.com/virtual-world-ne ... t-updates/
